Robert “Bo” Diamond | Managing Partner

Bo Diamond is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Caisson Capital Partners. In this role, Mr. Diamond is responsible for all day-to-day activities related to capital raising, investor relations, investment sourcing, and transaction execution.

Mr. Diamond has seventeen years of professional experience in real estate private equity as well as investment banking and capital markets. He has executed real estate transactions across the U.S., with a particular focus on ground-up development and opportunistic deals. In aggregate, Mr. Diamond has been involved both domestically and internationally in the execution of over $20 billion of transactions in both public and private markets.

Prior to his role at Caisson Capital, Mr. Diamond held roles at Arc Real Estate, Ackman-Ziff Real Estate, UBS Investment Bank, Barclays Capital, and Wells Fargo Securities. Mr. Diamond has an M.S. in finance from Villanova University and a B.S. in architecture with certificates in finance and entrepreneurship from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has also completed coursework in real estate at Harvard Business School.

Mr. Diamond is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute, serving as the revenue chair for the northwest Arkansas district council. He has also taught as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Arkansas Walton School of Business.

David Friedland | Partner

David Friedland is a partner at Caisson Capital Partners. In this capacity, Mr. Friedland leads acquisitions, shouldering the majority of our efforts in deal sourcing, underwriting, and execution. In addition to his primary role leading acquisitions, David helps with asset management, bringing to bear his years of real estate development experience.

Prior to Caisson, David worked for Ross Group Development, focusing on the restoration and conversion of vacant historic building as well as new build multifamily development.

David received his Bachelor of Arts in Quantitative Analysis from Columbia University and his Master’s in Public Policy, specializing in urban policy and public finance, from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He previously served as a Teach For America Corps Member in Tulsa and a Teaching Fellow for courses in Microeconomics at Harvard University.

Brian Shaw | Partner, Strategic Advisor

Brian Shaw is a co-founder, partner, and key strategic advisor at Caisson Capital Partners. In this capacity, Mr. Shaw is able to bring to bear his years of real estate investment and brokerage activity in the region. His deep regional and national industry relationships are also key sources of deal flow and capital for our investments.

Mr. Shaw is also VP of Development for Blue Crane, a Walton Family affiliate firm. Brian works to help the Blue Crane development team deliver transformational projects that provide a positive community impact and long-term financial results.

Brian has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, including investment sales, development and landlord and tenant representation. Mr. Shaw holds an MBA in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver and a B.S. in Industrial Management from the University of Arkansas.

Scott Audrain | Partner, Strategic Advisor

Scott Audrain is a co-founder, partner, and key strategic advisor at Caisson Capital Partners. Mr.  Audrain sits on the investment committee and is highly involved in all Caisson’s investment decisions and property financings.

Prior to co-founding Caisson, Mr. Audrain was a principal of Cushman & Wakefield/Sage Partners where he served as CFO and leader of Sage’s Asset Solutions Division. At Sage, Mr. Audrain led a team of over 35 employees responsible for leasing, property management and capital management for over 4.3 million square-feet in Northwest Arkansas and Little Rock.

Prior to Sage Partners, Mr. Audrain had a successful career as a CPA and was a partner at both PKF and Coopers & Lybrand. After leaving public accounting, Mr. Audrain turned his career to the start-up world where he was part of a team that launched an aviation parts asset management business that serviced commercial airlines globally. Mr. Audrain has a BSBA in accounting from the University of Arkansas.
