Caisson acquires Bennett Pointe, a 98-unit property in the Oklahoma City MSA, and the "Maison 264 site" a 40-acre development parcel in Northwest AR
Q1 2023
The Ridges at Bentonville sold well-ahead of plan for a 1.85x MOX and 48% IRR
Q4 2024
Caisson completes the acquisition of Parham Pointe Apartments, a 184-unit property in Midtown Little Rock
