She is responsible for driving operational discipline, revenue protection, and performance optimization to support investor returns and long-term asset health.
Tamra’s background includes extensive leadership of on-site and multi-community operations, with deep expertise in collections strategy, occupancy recovery, lease enforcement, vendor oversight, and team development. She has a proven track record of stabilizing underperforming assets by implementing scalable operational controls, strengthening accountability, and aligning day-to-day execution with ownership objectives.
Known for her analytical rigor and hands-on leadership style, Tamra partners closely with property management teams to improve financial outcomes while maintaining strong resident experiences. Her approach blends data-driven decision-making with practical operational insight, ensuring consistency, compliance, and measurable results across portfolios.
In addition to her role at Caisson, Tamra is an active industry leader. She serves on the Arkansas Apartment Association Board of Directors and will act as Treasurer in 2026, following her tenure as Education Chair in 2025. She was also recognized as Arkansas Property Manager of the Year for her impact and leadership within the multifamily industry.
