Formed in 2020, Caisson Capital Partners was founded by three commercial real estate professionals with the desire to broaden investor-access to direct real estate investments — which have historically only been available to institutions and a limited number of ultra-high net worth individuals. We are able to accomplish this with a fresh new approach and an effective deployment of technology.

Our partners believe there is a larger group of investors with the capital and capability to benefit from direct real estate investments, and we are passionate about offering these select opportunities to a broader audience.
